Fisheries Commission nets a makeover

State Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr, R-Gloucester, and state Rep. Ann-Margaret Ferrante, D-Gloucester, were able to file the the home rule petition, “An Act Establishing the Gloucester Fisheries Commission,” jointly and get it passed.
