Ann-Margaret Ferrante of Gloucester hopes to use her new role of co-chairwoman of the Tech Hub Caucus to forge stronger ties between Massachusetts high tech companies and Gloucester’s O’Maley Innovation Middle School, hoping to boost education in areas such as computer science, computer engineering and code writing.
