The new role granted Gloucester-based Rep. Ann-Margaret Ferrante in co-chairing the State House’s Tech Hub Caucus should not only forge stronger ties between Massachusetts high tech companies and Gloucester’s O’Maley Innovation Middle School, as Ferrante hopes.
