Fishing: Lawmakers ask Mass. AG to support suit over shift of monitor costs

State Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr and Rep. Ann-Margaret Ferrante are urging state Attorney General Maura Healey to explore any “appropriate legal means” to support the federal lawsuit seeking to block NOAA Fisheries from shifting the costs of at-sea monitors to Northeast groundfishermen.
