Gloucester delegates to lead fishing panel

The state Legislature’s Joint Committee on the Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture yesterday announced the creation of a new subcommittee to focus exclusively on fisheries with the Gloucester delegation acting as chairmen. Sen.
